CHALLENGES

Los Comales came to Pinecone to address three primary challenges

The first was to remedy a slow, underperforming website, and the second was to help increase print and social media branding across all franchise locations to create a cohesive brand, since Los Comales didn’t have consistent branding. The third was to regain access to their Facebook accounts.

Another challenge was that Los Comales wanted to increase their catering services to ultimately grow their revenue. Los Comales CEO, Larry Gonzalez, being highly goal oriented and sales driven, knew his brand was meant for even bigger growth.

First, Pinecone fully redesigned, developed, and rewrote the copy for Los Comales’s website to function, perform, and generate sales in a far more efficient manner. We customized and modernized their website, enhancing the overall site aesthetics to more accurately reflect the brand’s high quality, and stellar reputation within the restaurant industry.

Next, our team created a social media campaign and social media advertising to help generate sales and catering amongst consumers. This was further executed through the creation of TikTok.
