CHALLENGES

Taco Pros came to Pinecone to address two primary challenges
The first was to create a more efficient website and the second was to grow in a manner that would increase leads, conversions, and ultimately sales. Taco Pros Co-founders Caesar, Victor, and Bhagyesh, being highly goal oriented and passionate about their brand, knew that with the right digital marketing team, they would achieve their dream of being a successful competitor in the restaurant industry.

Another challenge was that in order to grow as a brand, Taco Pros was in the process of changing its company name, which in turn would accelerate a drop in SEO rankings (a typical byproduct of companies changing their DBAs). Pinecone needed to mitigate this inevitable drop in SEO ranking, and grow the company’s revenue through an aggressive marketing campaign and full web redesign.

OUR FINDINGS:

Solution

Pinecone fully redesigned and developed Taco Pros website
First, we completely redesigned and developed the Taco Pros website to function, perform, and generate sales in a manner that was significantly more efficient. This was further achieved through the creation of a menu and “About Us,” page. In which we created a copy to reflect the authenticity of the brand. Our team also created an authentic, modern, and customizable website, enhancing the overall experience to accurately showcase the brand’s high-quality food.

Next, our team started a complete rebranding process, which included a change in name, logo, website, and print materials, such as window banners, posters, plastic bag, and the wax paper used for their infamous tacos. Then, we went ahead and implemented substantial SEO and structural improvements in order to strengthen the site’s functionality, user experience (UX), upload speed, and general user experience.

On the marketing side, we launched and have been continuously maintaining a full-scale marketing strategy to include a strong SEO campaign, and a rebranding campaign used to retain current customers and attract new ones.
